Sorry but no one else has ever claimed the trademark on those brand names in the US but Cannavest. Plus there is not a pharmaceutical called Cibaderm or Cibdex in the US. Cannavest owns the trademark on those brand names in the US. Sorry but no one else ever filed in the US for those trademarks, only Cannavest did.

Google search for Cibaderm Creme only shows MJNA websites.

A search of the Physiscians Desk Reference shows no results in the US pharmacopia for a drug named cibaderm or cibdex.

which obvious show Abuse of other Famous Known Companies to create
