Do a Wire transfer. That will be quicker. In most cases same day

You might want to call them after the wire to get the credit.

I have TDameritrade, E-trade, Merril EDGE. The best is Merill Edge as you can link you BOA checking account with it, and the transfer is instantaneous.

wire transfer can take about 2 hours to be available to trade, or you can check (not sure ) if you opened a margin account maybe you can trade same day, just a guess

First money transfer w etrade needs to be verified, after that it's instantly deposited.

Money transfer on lunch break will be best; usually takes ~2hours.
