I take it as, it stated that they are participating in the NIE. I imagine that other company's aerostats are being evaluated also.

My thinking is that, since that is a semi-annual event and a "principal driver of change", the Army would invite as many companies as is feasible or have passed preliminary testing up until now.
Of course, I hope that WSGI's (LTAS's) is the only one being evaluated. I don't think that's likely though.
