JR17, it's a combination of finding the momentum and then Luck plays into it. Many Pennies like ACYD move purely on momentum along with a few PR's the company might issue to help the pps along. Mainly just following the Boards here and seeing where all the talk is and then knowing who and what to believe helps to find many of these high moving plays.
