SS1, shares were taken from the treasury, so they all fall under Rule 144. Only the Company can reissue shares out of the treasury, please kindly note. I think your avg 004 pps is spot on so $443K raised in capital also makes sense.
When there are no changes in cumulative or active holders #, we can assume that this 144 transaction was done with existing holders which is perfectly fine.
You're going to look for a change from book O/S to certs O/S at some point which would signal reassignment of these same shares at a much higher pps than 004 as Level 5's business develops more and higher offering prices can be justified. It will come, IMHO. It's brilliant, isn't it?
Great work SS1, I don't think my assistance is needed as you have a good grip on how to read the S/S and what to look at. We want to monitor not so much delta # of O/S in terms of size only, but both the rate and size relative to total O/S and A/S.
