They have probably met the requirements since May/June. It is Penser that is too cautious.

Martin79x showed up not long ago and gave a few simple explanations regarding the Penser issue, there is not much to add to it. When the financing in place, we will have FN not long after imo.

I doubt that share price has ever been an issue with FN. It's something else that bothers PB that they Donot want to say in public. Summer is over. Time for PB to come out with a straight answer. No more "yes but" please. You will look stupid in a year or two for having rejected a company listed on a senior exchange of both US and Sweden.
