Yes, something happened to their webserver but that does not mean PPHM is not actively trading in background because that would be a different set of computers.

At first I could not see anything on Nasdaq.com, but slowly they seem to be recovering, but PPHM (and probably others) is still affected from being handled on their public website.

Nasdaq seems to have their website back online.eom
