Dixie owns 40% of Red Dice and MJNA owns 60%. Red Dice holds the brand name and IP - it is a licensing entity. It currently recognizes sales only on non-THC products (Dixie Botanicals). Many have suggested that CO won't ever pay a license fee (not sure). The company could recognize THC revenue in the future. Very murky issue. Dixie is a privately-held company and MJNA has no interest in it except as the potential receiver of royalties that have never yet been disclosed to the best of my knowledge.
