Maybe Intel is NOT the LSS we hoped it would be. However, Intel is now collaborating with Gigoptix and Dr. Norwood (at least as of May 2013). In fact, Dr. Norwood has tested Lightwave Logic's materials extensively. Even though the tests were not a bona fide success, Charles Greenlee, one of Dr. Norwood's research assistants, decided to join LWLG's research and developement team. However, after a year on the job, Mr. Greenlee quit without notice.

If Intel is in fact the LSS, I find it quite disconcerting that Gigoptix's name is mentioned freely with that of Intel. On the contrary, LWLG is under an NDA and is not allowed to disclose the name of the LSS. Why would Intel work with both Gigoptix and Lightwave Logic unless they have not made a decision which material to employ??
