These claims have little or no value.

But there's bigger questions. How in tarnation does this nincompoop put a $9.9m figure in the listed cash on hand? Since when do banks accept play money?

Or how does he place a value on the gold division for 2012, and sales for the 2013 1Q, when the acquisition wasn't even announced until 4/28/13.
