November is RXPC court date , some say that bk soon follows but I think it's the other way around. This is not a dead patent because if it was, any company could buy the patent for a small fee without inheriting the debt. muliti m dollar deals being worked with pharma comp. behind the scenes. gonna make the current debt look like peanut money.
