Gee, that is nothing new! Penny stocks have been quote on NASDAQ since before the internet became ubiquitous. Bank in the 1970's when an investor had to go to a broker's office if he wanted to follow the market closely, the investor could punch a few keys in one of those Quotron terminal that all the dealers had, and the NASDAQ quoting system would give you the latest reading on pinkies. There is nothing new here.

Furthermore, it has been a long time, probably close to a couple of years, since I first pointed out that a complete reading of the history of the price of BCCI could be pulled out by just punching a few keys. On top of the chart select the button that changes the display to candlestick. At the bottom of the chart select the button for time span, and select "MAX". It will show that the stock was once $120.00 a share.

I pointed all of this out a long time ago.

I'm sure the "listing" is fee based.

It's always been quoted there. Even suspended pinks sitting on the greys show up there. It is not fee based or have any requirements. If you have a ticker it gets quoted there.
