Trooper, you'd better check your facts there. An agreement, like a LOI or MOU, is NOT enforceable by law. An "agreement" is just more chin music for pinkie PRs meant to help sell stock. And we shall soon see whether the signing of that agreement was even considered a material event. I don't think it was anything but "chin music," just as I've been saying since that misleading, devious PR came out. It's just Bubba and the boys trying to scam some more people out of their money. Just watch.
Sometimes it's difficult to grasp the total depravity of pinkie con artists like Bubba 'n them. Watch and study for a while, and comprehension begins to form. It's easy to see the results--stock prices on their ass, and even going DOWN in response to what is suppsedly good "news." But it's actually difficult for decent, normal people even to get any idea (without considerable study and/or financial loss) just how sorry and greedy these investment scam guys like Bubba 'n them are. They should be in jail, IMO, scamming each other out of cigarettes and special favors.
