You're joking right? As you possibly know, the last 10-K Annual Report was 6/26/13, the last 8-K Current Report was 6-19-13, and finally for everyone that does not do their own DD, the last 10-Q Quarterly Report was last year on 12-18-12. So lets talk about when will this company (a) go bankrupt, or (b) when will this stock go to "Buyer Beware" status. Otherwise, I'm saying that we should get real about the "possibility" of a "filing today" question.
I'd REALLY like to know the answer to those questions myself. Staying positive in the face of diversity is noble to be sure, but isn't it just a tab insane to keep up the charade? I can afford to buy but can't afford to sell and I sure as heck don't feel like throwing more money into this bottomless pit just to please the few that can't wait to sell their shares at below fair market pricing (as you'll see happen day after day).
This company shares nothing as far as news is concerned. Where's the concern about this 'pinky" being pointed toward a "gray market"? I'm constantly surprised about how some posters on this site are always posting about how great this stock will be when it finally gets up to par, while they continue to sell every chance they get and none of you think nothing about it. Wake up peeps, we're slowly being screwed by the same people that are "always" being "positive" and attack anyone that says anything against the management or comments about the "possibilities" of the truth about this stock.
They haven't filed a 10-Q since last year....... does that tell you ANYTHING?
