#21444 RE: Implanting #21442

Really? You must be doing it wrong.

I have friends who have been regularly, methodically, buying shares for over three years, who are doing very well at this point, and very happy with future prospects. Perhaps it is your financial manager who is not providing proper guidance, or handling your funds appropriately. Many, who understand the information provided, are proactive in their relations with management, have done exceptionally well, using proper timing when investing, utilizing public information combined with regular contact with management. There have been many great opportunities to profit from knowledgeable investment strategies.

I suspect that you measure your success based on the vicissitudes of the market even when you do not participate, instead of the increase in holdings with a view toward the future. If you have not sold a share, you have not lost a dime. If you have been buying at the obvious opportunities then you holdings have increased greatly if you DCA.
