ALGA symbol use to be NVAE.. NVAE was poorly run company (if you want to call it that) and ALGA did a reverse merger into NVAE.. since then, the new management has done everything they said they would..

1. changed compnay name to Algae International Group, Inc.
2. ticker changed to ALGA
3. new website: http://www.algaeplanet.com/
review their investors and Press links. that should give you enough information and bring you to date with where they stand.
4. distribution deal with ligit company: http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ALGA/news/Gulf-HydroCarbon?id=67508&b=y

i'd suggest you do some homework and determine if this is a company you want to invest in. there's some concerns surrounding this company and some think it's a typical algae scam. just be thorough and make your own decision..
