Yeah, I know. I saw that PR. I do my DD. What's your point?My post, that you are responding to, was in response to your post in which you stated;

"Companies that buy back shares don't make public announcements they just buy them back".

That is just not true. Companies announce buybacks all the time, and not just pinkie companies. Major corporations announce when they are instituting buybacks.

I'm holding stock in this company but am not as in love with it as some on this board seem to be. I have not called the SEC (and don't plan to) but I certainly have to wonder why their, PLNI's, SB2 filing is not listed on SEC's website. The HISC filing is out there. I think PLNI WILL file, I just don't think that they HAVE filed. And, actually, it's more like, I HOPE that they do file.

I'm not a pumper and dumper or a boaster or a market timer or a charter or anything other than a 'hoper'. I'll never tell you how many shares I have or how smart I was to sell at every high and buy back in at every low. I invest in pink stock companies in the hope that I hit one that actually is real. I don't invest more than I can afford to lose. But I invest enough that if I can hit just one of these stinkies that can make it to a dollar, it will make it worth my while.

Problem is, companies on the Pinks can say anything. It's all a crapshoot. But, what the heck...I do better here than I do in Vegas.
