David- people have said that you tweeted ntek will be making its debut of sorts at the US Open next week-- how will this be done? All of the sponsors are set and ntek is not one of them and the company providing the technology is IBM. So I'm curious what the strategy is? Will we see an on air advertisement? As it stands now I don't know how the company would be able to be visible inside the stadium-- could someone, preferably Mr. Foley explain? Thanks!

At this point in the business, there is no affect on the company if people sit on the sidelines and don't invest. The company is no longer selling shares or raising capital. The business plan is being executed and with continued success and achievement of posted goals, the share price will follow.

Welp, ya gott that second part right, DaDavey™ - the share price HAS followed. Butt with the AS at 1.4Billy neow and heading for a crushing R/S in a month or two, that first part seems to be ah... errrr.... ummm.... a fraudulent statement intended to induce others to purchase shares while you were selling them and suggesting that they nott sit on the sidelines and nott buy YOUR shares.
