what you DON"T know is how much the NOTE they signed with Asher is for. Asher can only convert 9.9% at a time. so the lower the stock price goes assuming the note is for more than the 9.9% they filed, which it is certain to be, the more stock they will be issued. This is now a complete death spiral convert. Like I said, good luck. I was long here. Now I am selling and won't come back. I wish you guys ALL luck. I truly do.
