Direxion does EVERYTHING THEY CAN to avoid increasing the number of shares/float. Only in order to protect fund performance in the rare instance that the fund spot price is trading higher than its actual value do they sell more shares to correct this.
And it has absolutely nothing to do with decay. You are absolutely incorrect. Your insistence on continuing to post false information is counterproductive to this board.
