We have the materials at our Murphy sand and gravel pit. We have access to the trucks to move it.

What the Corps doesn't have is alot of time. 5 months to fix 170 miles of levees.

That 145-member task force already is on the ground in the New Orleans area, knee-deep in its mission to fix 170 miles of damaged or destroyed levees and canal floodwalls, more than half of the corps-supervised hurricane protection system, before the 2006 storm season blows in.
