Selling into the news, perhaps by shareholders who do not understand the import of this new joint marketing venture with Merck. As I see it, this is a very beneficial transaction and arrangement, with guaranteed fee income, plus incentives for sales.

And, it should not be lost on everyone that as AVNR continues to grow and expand its reach, it will likely become an even more attractive acquisition target. Working with Merck has no visible downside, IMO.
