But I have to disagree with you my friend...
I suppose then it is Microsoft's fault that The EM article never came....that Treplabs was pushed back over and over and now there is no definitive date....that MimviLink has been delayed time and again....and those other scheduled releases that were posted and then deleted...and never released werte Microsoft's fault.
Shame on Microsoft for causing the Franks to make claim after claim by phone and through emails to several investors that never materialized. "Hold the line"..."plant the flag" ...."don't sell"...."huge news coming soon" and many other quotes from Franks while the whole time the company was diluting every week.
If Franks cared about Mimvi, then CHAG would have invested in Mimvi and the technology would have stayed with Mimvi. That bogus Paltalk session in January where Franks claimed the company was cash flow positive and the company had at least 6 signed contracts was nothing but BS. He also claimed then that he would answer every question that were being asked as he conveniently all of a sudden couldn't hear anyone anymore but they were never answered.
Then in his farewell email to everyone he through everyone under the bus and claimed dilution and a no refeuling station at 30,000 feet as the reasons for Mimvi's failures but he never mentioned that it was him that made the decisions at the beginning to bring in more people. He said to me that he became unhappy with the direction Mimvi had taken but it was him to brought in the people who were running Mimvi. He refuses to accept any blame for anything. Franks knew he was leaving Mimvi back in January but continued to tell people to stay...things were great...big releases to come...but nothing happened because he had 2 feet out the door. I do not at all see that as Franks caring about Mimvi so I disagree that he is there to help today. PLEASER FRANKS STAY AWAY......you've helped enough the past 9 months!
I agree that there is a new Mimvi and that big gains that we were brainwashed to believe Mimvi had the potential to bring us will not come as we thought because Franks was full of BS....and it is not all Microsoft's fault. I agree that Shareef appears to be a serious tech CEO and is good for Mimvi and I agree that Mimvi just might turn into a decent investment. However, I believe that Franks knew he had another bankrupt company staring him in the face and was running for the door a long time ago. Why do you think he resigned from Mimvi with NOTHING more than he had before the "merger"? Poutre got $60,000 and 500,000 shares but Franks got nothing! Hmnnn....that speaks volumes. Mimvi was toast....a failure due to management and diarrhea of the mouth by Frankls and Poutre. Hopefully the search and recommendation technology is as good as you state because if so Treplabs, MimviLink and the search technology can be suceessfully integrated with Adaptive technolgy and bring in some serious money.
Microsoft is not the blame for Mimvi's condition today.
