No, sadly that isn't the case, and more than likely the cause of the Chill on this stock. Nick knows he has a deposit problem here, and the chill helps to keep things somewhat stable in the PPS.
He wants the chill lifted more than anyone, so he can get his, and friends shares into the street. If he isn't successful this will just drift lower, with some flipping it in the channels.
