Saw it. Another day with over 1 million in volume here and bidders buying shares in the .02+ range. When we see more news on progress from DDCC management this stock should be ready to advance to higher ground again.

and this stock will likely move back to the 52-week high and then technically trade a double from there

I am targeting 8.2, 9.1, 10, 10.8, or 13.2 cents (Fibonacci 23.6, 38.2, 50, 61.8, or 100%) on news of a big new contract - my gut feeling is for somewhere between 10 and 13
