But they are smart enough to change the game to hide the lack of any real business.

And they did file their financials in 2012 - Atwell felt his scam was above the rules since they have allowed him to scam for so many years and stealing sooooo much money with each RS he signed off on.

Now that the ticker is dead maybe the SEC will go after that crook and at least take everything he has since it was all acquired with his ill gotten gains from this fraud.
