What Ironridge did was wrong IMO but todays 8K should show they will get their final shares so it will be over. I agree the way they handed this was not fun but then neither was the hanover lawsuit that finally got settled. Remember most of this old debt was purchased at multi dollars a share so settling it down here in pennies has been challenging as most of us remember but those of us who were patient saw SVFC run 400% in 6 trading days after the hanover nonsense that was very similar started back in late May and June. It looks like the last of the debtors will be gone soon.
