I have come to the conclusion that if nok announces today that a check is in the mail to kop and sam follows in the afternoon, it will not make a nickels worth of difference in share price. Maybe up 2 dollars and then back down.

Every body already knows idcc is going to get paid. So what's new? .. and it seems every investors also says, so what? .. as it is only a one time payment. Where's the recurring revenue? Seem's as the street is no longer willing to pay for future potential.

Mo is we're not going anywhere fast unless and until we get a 3g agreement with a major and we can show we will have recurring revenue. Untill then, I don't think I'm going to pay too much attention to the daily share price anymore. Who gives a dammnnn if the share price is 19.99 or 16.99. Neither figure is what any of us are looking for. jmo. .. nic
