You don't buy a company and not get their employees especially if it's only a crew of five. I could understand employees leaving if the company is larger and has 100's of employees but not this.
No one buys a company like Magicscreen3D that has IP and assume to get rid of all their staff. Plus, with everything NTEK has going on already, they don't have time to manage and run a whole different company.
