Those numbers you posted im very curious have you ever tried calling them to get information on vper. And if so what did they tell you. Because i got NO INFO AT ALL!. The questions still remain for me and thats why would a country use a company like viper thru appollo who was only in business at the time the pilot project was supposedly started around 5 months. The so called new generation led tech. was already available from other companies and companies that actually had the resources to fill the orders. So why would sri lanka first do a pilot with old tech. then have other delays because viper didnt have the money to front the manufacturing costs. Next why would viper divert resources from a 150 mil cotract and hire all the high paid telecom. techs. on a 2 to 4 mil contract. Common sense would tell you none of it makes any sense. THEN THROW IN THE FACT FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS OR SO ALMOST EVERY PR HAS BEEN BS. AND EVERYTHING THEY ACTUALLY DID ATTEMPT TO DO WAS A MISERABLE FAILURE.
