The 225K does not represent the entire deal with Digi. The company did not provide the terms of the agreement, but did specify that it was a cash and share purchase agreement. It looks to me like the 225K is more "earnest money" or a deposit. This is why it took more time to execute the deal as they just recently completed it.

Slow and steady BOC1..I know you r excited about the patents but the company needs to complete process b-4 they can PR it..IMHO
