No 100% false. I had a conversation with Ed last night about this. Here is his other email.

"No peter? has no control of anything concerning IMAG. The dividend share will be distributed as directed by the Board of Directors of IMAG.of which he is not a member.? Once again I am a shareholder of ALAS and Peter is just a shareholder of IMAG"

Ed has no control of VDSC and Peter has no control of IMAG. 2 seperate companies.
