Yean, Scared, no doubt they wanted out, for many reasons, but they wound up with a lot of "sraps" that would have been lost to them if they had filed for chapter 7...that they got under the CA..so course to heck they were interested in seeing the settlement concluded.

They got lotsa CDEX shares that they can sell, and some protection from shareholder lawsuits. (But not a suit for fraud, but times a-wasting on THAT)...

I figger January. I will letcha know.

scarednomore:

"Could this have gone on another year or two? I had the feeling being there and listening to Frank Arnold that the boys wanted out and I was afraid they would file Chapter 7."

And to think, you got that feeling in one or two hours! Imagine what it was like for we plaintiffs. Your feelings are well served, you are correct in the time issue, Loch was quickly falling apart. I do believe that 3 or 4 years would have been closer, and we all knew we were chancing losing all the shares.

I believe you are again correct concerning Keel being honest. Afterall, you do live in the same town, you do know the history of him and his family.

"I still wonder why the agreement was not appealed if some thought it was so bad."

I could not agree more!

It is a shame, that many others did not take the time as you did, you see and hear what you did inside the courthouse.
