As it now stands, Scared, unless the CDEX shares really goes gangbusters and jumps up as high or higher than Closer, Raider, Stan, etc, say... your only shot at getting anything like well is to file suit for fraud. Go after the money that the PERPs have squirreled away.
And if he had done what you suggested he might have done, where do you think all this would have ended up? I really think time was an issue here. Could this have gone on another year or two? I had the feeling being there and listening to Frank Arnold that the boys wanted out and I was afraid they would file Chapter 7.
Now that was just my feelings, no proof at all. I bow to your knowledge and dont claim to understand everything. I do believe Keel to be an honest guy. Could the settlement agreement have been appealed to fight it? Although there seems to be some good points made, I still wonder why the agreement was not appealed if some thought it was so bad. That didnt have to be the end of it, right?
