JBII IS 1-0-5 IN COURT

1 win
0 losses
5 cases led to settlement...which is neither a win or loss

I would say, to the court, a settlement is neither a win nor a loss. Neither the judge nor the jury have made any findings, and the court has not entered a judgment based on independent analysis.

So if 'undefeated' means winning one case....I will not argue with that.....lol

JBII is UNDEFEATED.

Who cares whether JBI won or or settled.

The bottom line is that these lawsuits were intended to destroy or greatly harm the company and did not do so.

Call them wins, call then ties, call them settlements. The company lives on. The rest of this discussion is just board noise.
