Degreed-Find a company who has no complaints, can you? This is a dumb point to even talk about.

You're whining again. I can't wait to you get back to your .0167 break even price so we don't have to listen to you.

People...in all the weeks I've been on this board...I've not seen such a useless attempt at bashing or bitching about a company as the number of complaints it has had in its past history with the Better Business Bureau???? lol

Come on! How lame. I think we can all agree that one of the big problems this company had was technical problems with its website and delivery of the product. Obviously a very big problem to have for a startup company hence the low subscriber numbers and poor retention rate. That is behind us now as we continue to grow and improve and subs begin to really roll in. The service has never been better in my mind.

Now people are frustrated because they haven't gotten their quick fix and they begin to nit pick and bitch and complain. Why? Because they wanted their instant gratification...their quick flip in and out.

What is really frustrating is listening to the whining or complaining about the company by people who are long that just bought in. It makes one wonder why they're even here if they are going to complain about sub numbers or make comparisons to Netflix. Scratching my head on that one.

It is the equivalent of turning to your wife and saying; "You know honey...you're cute..but the neighbor has a nicer ass..the secretary at work has a much better personality...and I've noticed that Angelina Jolie's lips are much better than yours. Why I don't even know why I bothered to marry you and father your child."

lol

No loyalty to a company or patience with investing anymore. Welcome to the me, me, me, it's all about me generation. The world revolves around me.

o.k....and do you think 17 complains out of 15,000 is bad? Particularly with a company just getting its sealegs?. If we were talking bank transations then I'd worry...
