Agree a R/S would be a bad idea at this point.

There is not enough good news or positive vibe around the stock to sustain the pps. It would just fall back down.

Dilution based stock - All penny stocks trade this way. When you can double your money in two weeks it makes the concept of investing here more attractive. This stock will bounce 20-50% on news and then immediately fall. The PRs have become nothing more than an alert to trade it that way. That's the nature of all penny stocks. You have to expect it and accept it or this would not be the stock in which you should invest IMO.
