Filings say it's not history. SEC say's it's not history. Filings say we haven'r paid that debt yet. How does a broke company that can't pay it's bills loan ACYD 300k ?

We bought the trailers for 70k; Supposedly returned those trailers to the previous owner, yet the fillings say we still owe the 70k.
Maybe you can clear that matter up..
