Susie, I know you get slammed a lot but a good part of that is the way you present your point. We all know that GZFX is not as fast as GZFX. Comparing it to Netflix in its current stage of growth is like trying to compare a teen aged kid to a new born. So pointing out the obvious with a stick in hand is not exactly the best approach IMO. In time we will see more DCs across the country which will fix the shipping issues. Netflix had the very same issues when they were small didn't they? (Yes they did) Look at them now! A very nice operation.... big and successful. So if Netflix had the same issues and found success we will too. PLUS we have an edge over them because of games. PLUS we have a huge planned out growth program with the support of a major retailer. Everything we are doing today is exactly what Netflix did 4-5 years ago... to expect us to compete with Netflix at this point and time is not realistic IMO. In time we will get there.
Yep I agree as we begin to take on more and more subscriptions (insert weeeeeeee! statement here) then additional distribution centers then and now are a must. It is a marathon not a sprint and I trust them to continue key acquisitions.
I have not personally had any problems lately. I see no difference in the shipping between this and Netflix but it probably has more to do with geographic location.
