BD has put up the money for AMBS? Not likely. "Engaged" does not mean received money or free services, as financial details were not disclosed for a reason.

Great post, my thoughts exactly.

The assets need to be further de-risked before a LOI and JV is announced. Necessary dilution in the short term will be irrelevant when HUGE revenues increase PPS 10 fold overnight.

AMBS is solid.
