Don't have PM, don't think the SEC will step in here, have seen much worse company's go unchecked. RAYS will bounce hard when news comes though.
For the start-up go to the BUZZ Cloud and look for a stock that has these characters N**K. Been in it since early DEC, got in at .0014, now at .0269. Still holding more thn half my shares from original level because this may be in the .20-.50 range in another 12 months IMO. Lots of DD to found on the board read NIKODEMIS's post for good DD. Share structure at beginning of year 780mil now 540 mil, much different company then most around here. IMHO GL
