Person - anytime the o/s shares get above 500mil investors start with the R/S comments. It would be a foolish move. So there are 3.5bil shares outstanding. To think that a R/S would have any other effect than decreasing the number of shares o/s would be ridiculous. The pps would fall back instantly because the revenues are not there.
