The Confidential Treatment Order is SEC approval for something CLSN did when they filed the May 9 10-Q. So much talk now? No one read the 10-Q a month ago when it came out? There are a bunch of ***** on the last couple pages with the notation that this information has been kept confidential.

The price went up after the 10-Q came out. Now what has changed?

Dead wrong. The fund raise had to take place days before the run. No one secures private placements and the accompanying legal documents in 12 hours. This was a great investment for my 20k, made me 41k - as opposed to a chinese scam that I was looking at earlier in the year that would have reduced my 20k to pennies. Go CLSN.
