I don't buy the dilute to prevent a hostile takeover theory. If there were an interested party out there the SP would have been going North on rumors, not going South at it has. These folks (suitors) aren't going to wait until the CEO drops another 4 billion plus shares into the fray. My personal opinion is that MS is playing on investors emotions by throwing out this stuff. This is just my personal opinion. Good luck to those who continue to hold.
