so let's assume the new shares would exchange close be close to .95x1 the a target should be in the $7.75 - $8.25 range pre-merger for $AAMRQ maybe higher due to $LCC SP. $LCC SP should be the indicator of new SP of this merger due to their not in BK, IMO.
