I think we was being sarcastic Paddy. The term funding is now as synonymous as the phrase next week.

I have no earthly idea as to what is going to be funded.

All I know is that that used to be the mantra back in the day: once funding occurs, then ....blah blah blah.

So whatever this funding is, and whenever it happens...well that's gonna be big!

So I continually ask:

When Is Funding Expected?

(The answer is usually some form of "next week").
