Good for you. I see no point in voting blind. If the company hasn't made a plan public, we cant know perfectly just what skills and qualifications would be needed to carry out that plan, hence, even if I did self educate myself on all the current board members, it would still be a little silly to pick a panel to do a yet undefined job.
In fact the idea of having a vote before a plan is announced wreaks of bs to me. It tells me that the vote is not aimed at us little shareholders, but the bigger players with greater information and more votes.
I call bull s#&@, even in this companys infancy, it's already leaning elite. But who knows...maybe I'm reading too much into it.
