I think equating AZ to AK is to ignore the fundamental differences in the Regulatory, Environmental and Public Opinion/Familiarity Environments and Cultures - doesn't guarantee anything, but the differences are profound and do make such a comparison, IMO, invalid for soothsaying purposes.
