I have some comments on a couple of your list, however I think you did a good job.
#1 I think you may be right but most of the "true longs" have been saying this would be negligible.
#2-good. But I don't expect effect until some results are known.
#3 - perhaps. But that will be later than a couple weeks. But a forecast is only as good as the reliability of the source. The PR about the PR in my opinion was found to be a negative event.
#4- good
#5- the jury is still out on that one. We saw how the market sold off on that news ( or maybe it was the report). The "money" that some have said watches Fox Business Network in my opinion will run for the hills when they see that BRAV is a pinksheet stock which inherently means lots of risk. Also, anyone who happens to take a good look at the balance sheet and especially the equity section will see additional negativity which will is notorious in pinkland. This is not that attractive when real analysis is done. The management needs to get rid of those convertible preferreds as a first step of many.
