It's not that Jon resigned, it is that he never took over. Just bc he had his name on the website doesn't mean he was running the company. He has another job and this was just a hobby for him. Since taking over he hasn't made 1 sale or generated $1 in revenue. The company is a shell now and that is why there are no financials, no leader, and no website. Good news is that Jon is gone bc he was a failure under Parsons and even more so on his own. Bad news is that no one else took over and the lights have been turned off.
